How to access Bobcat Mail using Microsoft 365

To access Bobcat email with Microsoft 365, follow these steps

  16. Check the box that says “I agree to follow the information security, acceptable use, and other policies of Texas State University.”
  17. Enter and re-enter your NetID’s password.
  18. Consider crafting a passphrase with a minimum of 15 characters.
  19. Click Submit.

Ensure that the new password is updated everywhere.

To install Bobcat Mail on Android,

  1. Open your email app.
  2. Enter your Texas State email address and password (e.g., [email protected]).
  3. Tap “Manual Setup.”
  4. Tap Exchange.
  5. Enter your Texas State email and password again. In the Domainusername field, enter TXSTATEyour NetID (for example, TXSTATEzzz99) and outlook.office365.com in the Exchange server field.
