To access the GCU portal,

  1. Navigate to gcuportal.gcu.edu.
  2. Just click on Student Access.
  3. Once on the login page, enter your GCU email address ([email protected]).
  4. Type in your password.
  5. Sign in to your account and go to your myGCU portal.

You have the option of entering a new credit card or using one that has already been stored in your account. To submit the transcript request or add a new credit card, click the “process” button.
  7. After the request for a transcript has been handled, you will receive a confirmation containing the transcript’s details. Choose Close to finish the transaction, or choose a version that’s easy to print if you want to keep a copy of this confirmation.
