Schoology EPISD Parent Login has been introduced because of how we care and need cooperation with the parents. Are you parents of students in the El Paso Independent School District (EPISD)? If so, you may be aware that parents can have accounts that can be linked to their children’s accounts. EPISD utilizes Schoology, and parents can create accounts to access it. How do I accomplish this? Here, we will gather information about schoology for EPISD parent students.

Accessing Schoology for Parent

Beginning with the Spring Semester of 2017–2018, parents have an account that can be linked to their children’s accounts. When parents log into their account, a Facebook-like interface will be displayed. This interface connects them to the district Schoology page as well as the school pages where their children attend as well as each child’s classroom.

This parent account enables parents to view their children’s classwork. Parent Portal will continue to exist alongside schoology. Parents will be required to log in to Parent Portal to access the most recent grades and attendance information for their children. However, Schoology will provide parents with the most recent information regarding assignments and classroom resources.

Login typically requires entering a username and password, and it appears that Schoology must be accessed prior to login. On the Schoology website, the Login button is located in the top right corner of the page. Ensure that you have registered. If not, you can register by clicking the Sign Up button next to the Log In button and then selecting Parent. Following that, you must enter the access code provided by your child’s instructor. Here are the steps outlined on the Schoology website for parents to sign up for Schoology.

  • You must first open the official Schoology website in your web browser. The address of the website is
  • Then, in the upper-right corner of the homepage, hover over Sign Up.
  • You will then be presented with three options, including Instructor, Students, and Parent. Because you are a parent, select Parent from the list of options.
  • You must ensure that your child’s school has provided you with a Parent Access Code in the following format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. If you have this code, enter it into the Sign Up For Schoology field and then click Continue.
  • You must then provide your name, email address, and password. After logging in, you will be able to view your child’s activity by clicking the arrow to the right of your name and selecting the child’s name from the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
  • Additionally, you have the option to associate additional children with this Schoology account. Do you wish to add additional children to the family? If so, you must click the arrow pointing downwards in the upper-right corner of your Schoology account and then select Add Child. Then, enter the Parent Access Code(s) for your additional child(ren).

Now that you have successfully registered for Schoology, you can view your child’s activity.

Next time you log in to Schoology, you can either use your email address or your username, depending on how your account was originally set up. According to the Schoology website, the following are the steps required for parents to log in.

  • You must initially visit

  • Then, you must enter your username, password, and your child’s school’s name. How do I locate the school? You are required to enter the school’s name in the School or Postal Code field. A menu will appear as you type, allowing you to select the school.
  • You must now select an institution from the list.
  • This step allows you to check the Remember My School box, but doing so is optional. If you enable this, your school will be saved on the current device and browser.
  • Finally, you must click Sign In.

Parents of EPISD students can call the Help Desk at 915-230-2601 to receive clear instructions for logging into Schoology.

Instructor Code Distribution to Parents

Parents will require a parent access code in order to log into Schoology and link their account to their child’s account, as previously described.

The parent access code is accessible to instructors in a green box within the Members section of the course. Instructors must click the link to download a.cvs file of parent access codes. When an instructor downloads the file, their computer will prompt them to save it to a particular location. It is recommended that they save the file in a location where it can be easily located.

After downloading the file, instructors can distribute the parent access code to parents and request that they create a new Schoology account that will be automatically linked to their child.
