The PowerSchool School UCPS System are cognizant of the need for a resource that allows students and their parents or guardians to view their current grades and attendance statistics, as well as other data. Therefore, they use the PowerSchool portal.

Students and parents or guardians of students currently enrolled in Union County Public Schools are able to use PowerSchool. It is offered for K through 12th graders. Here is a list of select Union County Public Schools schools if you like to learn more about them.

If you wish to view your children’s grades, attendance, schedules, transcripts, and other information, you must register a new PowerSchool Parent Portal account if your children attend Union County Public Schools. To create a new account, please visit the front desk and present a valid photo ID. You will then be provided with your Access ID and password. Following the receipt of your Access ID and password, you must create your PowerSchool Parent Portal account by completing the procedures below.

  1. First, launch your preferred web browser on your PC.
  2. Enter in the address bar and then click the PowerSchool Parent Portal link on the page’s right side when it loads.
  3. Find and click the Create Account option afterward. The answer can be found at the bottom of the page if you have no idea. Please fill out the whole top half of the page.
  4. If you wish to link a student or your child to your account, you must enter the student’s name, Access ID, and Access Password into the corresponding columns. In addition, you must select your relationship to the student from the drop-down selection.
  5. If you have more than one student enrolled in a Union County Public Schools school, you can add their names, school-issued Access IDs, and passwords to the list. After checking in for the initial time, it is actually feasible to add other pupils.
  6. After adding all students to the list, you must now click the blue enter button to complete the account creation process.
  7. Once the account creation procedure is complete, you can access the portal by entering your username and password.

There is a PowerSchool UCPS app available for folks who rarely use their PC or laptop. Here is the guide you must take to access the portal from your mobile device:

  1. Depending on your phone, you should first download the PowerSchool UCPS mobile app, PowerSchool Mobile, either the Google Play Store or the App Store.
  2. After the installation procedure is complete, you can launch the application.
  3. When prompted, enter the district code RXWK.
  4. Then, enter the same username and password you created the account with.
  5. Clicking the Sign in as Parent option should be the final step.

If you are presently enrolled in a school under Union County Public Schools, you may also wish to access PowerSchool UCPS from your mobile device. To do this, the procedure differs slightly from that used for parents and guardians. Instead, please use the following guide:

  1. Download the mobile edition of PowerSchool, titled PowerSchool Mobile, from the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your operating system.
  2. After downloading the application, you must install it.
  3. Open it once it has been installed on your phone.
  4. When you initially launch the application, you will be sent to the Sign In page. As a first-time user, clicking the “Where is my district code?” link will lead you to the District Code Help page.
  5. Select “Search for Your District” from the District Code Help page.
  6. In the PowerSchool Server Address column, enter

  8. It appears that the District Code will populate automatically and remain populated each time you launch a new session.
  9. Click Continue as a Student next.
  10. Finally, input your username and password for NCEdCloud
